Today sees the release proper of Ghislain Poirier’s Blazin’ on Ninja Tune, a hot new 12-inch banger featuring Face T to promote Ghislain’s recently dropped (well, in Canada at least) longplayer No Ground Under. Remix duties fall on The Bug and DJ C, and it’s all chock-full of dancehall phatness that’s bound to get your dancefloor bumping in the right direction (namely upwards). Berlin’s finest, Modeselektor, also got their hands dirty with the track but it didn’t make it on to the 12-inch. A crying shame as it deserves to be, however if you are living in ‘the future’ you can always grab the mp3 and get busy with it on your serato setup instead.
